Are you taking on a renovation or decorating your new home, with a million decisions ahead 🤯? Trust me, I know the feeling.
Back in 2017, before I became an interior designer, I found myself on the verge of tears with stress.
I was managing my then full time job, family commitments and a full house renovation, and everything got too much.
We were due to have our bathroom renovation work starting in a few weeks time. Our budget was tiny. I knew it was one of the most important rooms of the house to get right, but I had zero design plans in place and no time or energy left to develop ideas before the builders arrived. I screwed up.
Embarrassing as it is to admit now, I found myself searching for an interior designer to come and save me, and do it all for me. At this stage it was well before my career in interior design had started and I was like you, I just needed more time, a stronger vision, ideas for how to make the bathroom (and other rooms) flow with the rest of the house, and keep it all within budget.
